Join Pinnacle Family Services - Make a Difference in Lives! $500 Sign on bonus! What Will I Be Doing? Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.

Conduct individual and family sessions within the community. Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients.

Dedicated, compassionate, and driven to create positive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Background in human services and a commitment to serving others is preferred. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human services (master's preferred) Child Mental Health experience required : 1 year with a master's degree;

2 years with a Human Services Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a non-Human Services Bachelor's degree. QP qualifications per NC standards Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred.

NC Clinical License (LCSW / A, LCMHC / A, LMFT / A) preferred. Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license).
